Microcredentials for the Future: Lessons from the Warsaw Summit 2025

The AUTOCREDIFY consortium followed with great interest the Warsaw Microcredentials Summit 2025 (25–26 June, Central House of Technology, Warsaw), the first international event in Poland fully dedicated to microcredentials. Bringing together policymakers, education leaders, and industry experts, the summit addressed key themes such as public policies, technology, standards, and labour market needs—all central to AUTOCREDIFY’s mission of accelerating green and digital skills in the automotive sector. The discussions highlighted how microcredentials complement traditional education by offering flexible, verifiable learning pathways and emphasized their critical role in skills recognition and career mobility, aligning closely with AUTOCREDIFY’s goals of developing relevant and trusted microcredentials for the automotive ecosystem.
